Terms and Conditions
- All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
- Orders can only be taken from customers from the UK and mainland Europe, however enquiries from abroad will be reviewed on an individual basis. Please contact us with your desired destination, and we will investigate the most cost effective delivery process.
- Payments can be made by credit and debit cards subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. Any refusal for card transactions will bear no liability upon us for delay or non-delivery of orders.
- Delivery will normally be within 3 working days of processing your order, however some orders may take longer and we will notify you at the time of processing your order, before any items are despatched.
- Any discrepancies, damage or other faults must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Photographs of goods are intended for illustration purposes only.
- You have the right to cancel your order at any time before we despatch, free of charge. You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, from the day after you receive your goods. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing and the goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. Your monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned goods as to whether they are in the same condition as when they were sold and delivered.
